Video and thumbnail downloaders — Allowing you to obtain thumbnails, and in some cases video or profile media, from supported platforms (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, Instagram, Telegram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Dailymotion, X, VK) by submitting a URL.
HEIC image converters — Allowing you to upload HEIC/HEIF image files and convert them to JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF (including merging multiple images into a single PDF).

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific functionality, or compatibility with all devices or networks. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service. You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Respect the terms of service and policies of the platforms from which you obtain content (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), and ensure you have the right to download, convert, or use any content you process through our tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThumbnailGrabber disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThumbnailGrabber and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any); for free use, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to download, convert, or otherwise obtain through the Service, and for how you use that content. ThumbnailGrabber does not monitor or control the content processed through its tools. We are not responsible for any misuse of the Service or for your compliance with platform terms, copyright, or other laws. By using the Service, you acknowledge this responsibility.

8. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. ThumbnailGrabber is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Apple, or any other third-party platform referenced on this site. All product and company names are the property of their respective owners.
