ThumbnailGrabber is designed with privacy in mind. We do not store the URLs you paste, the images or files you upload, your download history, or any other content you provide. Processed files (e.g. converted HEIC images or generated PDFs) are held only temporarily and are removed automatically shortly after you download them or when the session expires. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
To provide our services we need to process your input (e.g. video URLs or uploaded HEIC files). We do not retain this data after processing:

We do not pass them the actual content you submit (URLs or file contents) beyond what is technically required (e.g. to serve the page or validate a request). For details, refer to the respective provider’s privacy policy.
We do not retain your content (URLs, uploads, or download history). Any temporary files created during processing are removed automatically as described in Section 2. Where we have no reason to keep technical or usage data (e.g. logs), we do not retain it longer than necessary for security or legal compliance.
Because we do not store your content or build profiles from it, there is no “account” or stored dataset to access or delete for your usage. You may:
